Meet the people, ideas and experiences that shape the work Flowe produces.

In early 2018, we had a vision for entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized companies to have access to the sophistication and secret sauce that drives Fortune 100 companies and those with large budgets. Whether it's (re)branding, paid advertising, strategy, tax savings, contract creation, or other specialized business services, we want you to have access to what makes large brands scale and maintain their growth and profit margins. Meet our principal leaders below and see what makes them tick.

Sean Lowe

The Fixer

"Integrity is a vastly underrated characteristic that allows for deep levels of trust. And that kind of trust is crucial to scaling up a project or business effectively."

EDUCATION?

J.D., UCLA School of Law; B.A., Business/Economics, Wheaton College.

LAW LICENSES?

I'm licensed to practice law in California, Washington, and in federal district courts across the United States.

WHAT IS SOMETHING ABOUT YOU THAT WOULD SURPRISE PEOPLE?

I'm a DJ. The pandemic (temporarily) put me out of business.

BEST ADVICE?

Intentionally seek out your calling, rather than a career. Everyone has inherent gifts, which can be grown through hard work. But long hours don't feel as long when a person is excelling by using their gifts. Passion also makes all the difference. That's why we started Flowe. We wanted to lean into the things that inspire us. For instance, assisting other businesses in their growth has brought us a tremendous amount of joy. We love to help others create jobs for themselves and members of their communities.

WORST ADVICE?

Be prepared to sacrifice everything for your career.  Perhaps the biggest problem with that advice, among many others, is if you’ve sacrificed everything there’s not much left to work for.

WHAT ARE YOU KNOWN FOR?

Making things happen. I stay focused on making sure we accomplish our goals.

BIGGEST CAREER FAILURE?

Failing to connect with a boss. I thought that since I had connected with almost everyone else, including other superiors, I could live with a missed connection. And sometimes that works. But in this case, this boss took it upon himself to stand in the way of my career. I didn't know it until after a decision had been made closing off some future opportunities for me. I wish I had at least exhausted my efforts at making that connection. Maybe nothing would have changed, but it could have only made things better.

ONE THING THAT EXCITES YOU RIGHT NOW?

Possibility. Whenever difficult things happen in life, there are always going to be upsides and downsides. I choose to focus on the upsides, even amidst this pandemic. And right now there are significant business opportunities that did not exist before. The business that pivots to those new opportunities has a unique chance to grow market share.

WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR IN A CLIENT?

Integrity and communication. In any relationship, communication is important.  That's especially true when things change quickly, as they often do in business and law. Integrity is a vastly underrated characteristic that allows for deep levels of trust. And that trust is crucial to scaling up a project or business effectively.
